RETURNS POLICY
Due to the nature of the product, for sanitary purposes we do not accept refunds/exchanges. In the highly unlikely event that you have received a damaged product, we will honour that it has been unused, unworn and unopened in its original packaging within 28 days of purchase. Sales items are non-refundable/ non exchangeable so please read the items description carefully before placing an order. Any customer data collected at the time of placing an order on our website is formatted once items have been shipped out.
PAYMENT + PRIVACY POLICY
We accept major Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal. Once payment has been made, transactions are non-refundable [Refer to our returns policy] All payments are processed through PayPal. You do need a PayPal account to pay for your item through the application. You can choose the PayPal option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the 'pay now' button. Scroll drown and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit card. PayPal is a highly encrypted system which we use to process all our customers payments. Your personal data is very important to us and we will not disclose any information about our customers to third parties except where we only use your data in order to ship your products out to you and request payment.
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship worldwide. All prices on our website include Royal Mail 2nd class standard delivery to UK residents. Lashes are dispatched from my facility in London | United Kingdom. We ship Monday - Friday, excluding Weekends, Bank + Public holidays. All orders may take up to 1-3 business days to be dispatched. Due to the current COVID-19 climate orders may take from 5-10 working days to arrive.
If items are sent back to us due to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase or missed delivery, we will not issue a refund due to the fact that it is the customers responsibility to make sure that they have provided the correct details at the time of purchase. If you fail to collect your item on time from the post office/missed delivery then the customer will be liable to pay for postage again for another delivery. We do not take liability for any orders shipped to the wrong address. Customers who provide the wrong address after products have been dispatched would need to re-order again via our website.
